The simplest way to watch on a computer is the WebPlayer. You can also use a desktop player such as VLC.
Option 1: WebPlayer
- Open the WebPlayer link from the Devices section of our website in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Sign in with the username and password from your welcome email.
- Choose a channel and press play.
Option 2: VLC Media Player
- Download and install VLC from the official VLC website.
- Open VLC and choose Media, then Open Network Stream (on Mac: File, then Open Network).
- Paste your M3U link from the welcome email and press Play.
- Open the playlist view (Ctrl+L on Windows, Cmd+Shift+P on Mac) to choose a channel.
Tips
- Use a wired connection for the best 4K stability.
- Keep your browser or VLC up to date.
