How to Set Up IPTV on a MAG Box

MAG boxes use a portal address instead of a username and password.

We will send you a portal URL and confirm your MAC address when you order. Please send your box's MAC address (it starts with 00:1A:79) to support.

Set Up Steps

1. With the box on the main portal screen, open Settings, then System settings, then Servers.
2. Choose Portals.
3. In Portal 1 name type any name, and in Portal 1 URL enter the portal address we gave you.
4. Save with OK, then press Exit and choose OK again to restart the box.
5. When the box restarts your channels will load.

Tips

• Use a wired network cable whenever you can.
• If the screen says the portal is unavailable, check the URL and your MAC address with support.
