Your subscription includes an electronic programme guide (EPG) and catch-up on many UK and sports channels.
Load the Guide
- Open Live TV in your player app.
- Choose the TV Guide or EPG icon.
- If it is empty, open the app settings and choose Refresh EPG or Update Playlist.
- Allow a minute or two for the guide to download.
Use Catch Up
- Open the guide and scroll back to an earlier programme.
- Select a programme marked with a catch-up or replay symbol.
- Choose Play to watch it from the start.
Tips
- Set your device time zone to the correct region, or programmes will appear at the wrong time.
- Catch-up is only available on channels that offer it.
